Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling can take up to 10 business days for "in stock" items. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. In-stock items are shipped Monday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed after 5 pm are shipped the next business day.

International Orders

Glenview Luxury Imports is NOT responsible for paying import fees, VAT, import duties, brokerage fees, or any other charges incurred during the import process when shipping internationally. Import fees are also not a part of our shipping rates when checking out.

Returns

You may return/exchange an item within 30 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The package must have an invoice/proof of purchase. Our return shipping address is 301 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received and refunded after inspection. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us.
